Cost and Insurance:

I am currently not considered in-network with any insurance plan and so I do not file insurance claims. For those wishing to use insurance, after payment, I can provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement. Here are instructions on how to obtain Out of Network reimbursement.
FSA/HSA is payment options are accepted in our office. Always check with your insurance provider for information about your specific behavioral health benefits.
About Me:
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my experiences include working with children, tweens, teens, and adults. I have worked as a school counselor at the elementary and middle school levels providing personal and academic counseling, creating educational accommodation plans, parent coaching, and co-created professional development for teachers and counselors. I believe in the value of an authentic professional relationship that creates a safe place and to meet clients where they are in life to allow for growth and healing. My therapeutic approaches include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who specializes in working with adults, children, teens, and couples. I have over 12 years of experience working with children and families as a teacher, school counselor, 504 coordinator, and Licensed School Counselor.
