About Me:
I'm a master’s student in marriage and family therapy (MFT) supervised by Lauren Gibson. I enjoy helping clients with relationship distress. I have participated in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) externship and Gottman level one training. I use varying evidence based techniques including EFT. As a therapist, I enjoy helping couples and individuals navigate through challenges in their relationships. I use various evidence based techniques including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and I tend to view relationships through an attachment lens. The health of our relationships can affect us deeply and I believe that all relationships have the potential to improve, even healthy relationships need help sometimes. I would love to help!
I grew up in New England and now live in Round Rock, TX with my husband and our three children. I enjoy time with my family, streaming a good sci-fi, comedy, or British detective series, learning about humans and life, seeing new sights, talking with friends, and listening to people’s stories.
