Cost and Insurance:
Our standard rates can be found at the bottom of our Counseling Services page.
I offer rates slightly reduced from our regular licensed rates. I do not accept insurance and am considered out of pocket only. As a licensed associate, I also cannot offer out of network insurance reimbursement receipts.
FSA/HSA is payment options are accepted in our office.
About Me:
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate under the supervision of Jason Martin, PhD, LMFT-S, LPC-S while I work toward full licensure. I hold a Masters in Counseling degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and although originally from Washington, have now called central Texas home for over a decade.
My style of therapy is very relational and person centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, you are merely inviting me into your story and allowing me to join you on your journey toward whatever it is that you are seeking to better your life and your relationships. I am passionate about helping you live authentically and purposefully, life is meant to be so much more than merely survived. I believe we were born with an intrinsic desire to be seen, known, and loved, and when this isn't happening life starts to become something other than what it was intended to be. Sometimes, in those moments, we need someone to walk along side of us and remind of us of the truth of what life could be and should be, I would be honored to be that person for you.
I have been married to the coolest guy for over 20 years, am a mother to a pretty great daughter, and in my free time I love to spend time cooking, baking, and hanging out with my family.
