About Me:

I'm a licensed professional counselor associate supervised by Traci Marant, LPC-S. I have a Master of Science in Counseling from Texas A&M International University. I was previously a high school teacher at United ISD, a school counselor at RRISD, and I'm currently working at Georgetown Child and Family Counseling.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I counsel each age group from a holistic perspective which means I believe incorporating all parts of a human being’s journey, mind, body and spirit into therapy. I believe that you are the expert on yourself. It is my job to listen and discover what your needs are so I can use my expertise to help you live your most authentic and best life. With that, it is my goal to create a warm and accepting environment, so that my clients can find freedom from self-judgment.

While I am mainly a person-centered therapist, I work from many different therapeutic modalities to find the best care for my clients. I am a life-long learner and thrive on opportunities for growth, so that I can continue to be highly skilled and competent, so all sessions are beneficial. I strive to better understand my clients as unique individuals as they discover hope, change, and healing with the highest quality of care. My goal as a counselor is to guide you to go deeper in your own therapeutic work in a safe environment.
