About Me:
I'm a licensed professional counselor and nationally board certified counselor. My experience includes working with children, tweens, teens, and adults. I am also a certified school counselor. I have 13 combined years of experience helping others as a teacher, school counselor, and as a licensed professional counselor. My therapeutic approaches include Adlerian therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Child Centered Play Therapy.
As a counselor I help clients to connect with themselves and those in their lives. Some methods that I use include play therapy, expressive art therapy, sand-tray, and activity therapy. I am passionate about providing a safe and non-judgemental space to process, explore, and grow. As a mom, it is important to me to help parents connect with their children and in turn help families to create stronger bonds.
