I am considered Out of Network with all insurance companies.
For those wishing to use insurance, after payment, I can provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement. Here are instructions on how to obtain Out of Network reimbursement.
FSA/HSA is payment options are accepted in our office. Always check with your insurance provider for information about your specific behavioral health benefits. Even with BCBS, your behavioral health coverage may have requirements or have been carved out.
About Me:
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and National Certified Counselor. My expertise includes providing anxiety and trauma services for children, women, and parents. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Texas State University. I'm trained in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
I have over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed and evidenced-based therapy in schools and agencies after serving as an elementary and middle school teacher. I have been featured as a keynote speaker at local schools and universities. I'm passionate about healthy nutrition and fitness. I enjoy traveling with my husband and watching my son play sports.
