About Me:
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with children ages 3 and up, teens, adults, and parents. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and I feel incredibly grateful to be in a profession where I get to support people through meaningful growth and healing.
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative, supportive relationship. You are the expert in your own life—I'm here to provide a safe space, tools, and encouragement as you move toward self-awareness, confidence, and lasting change. My approach is interactive, genuine, and tailored to your unique needs.
With kids and teens, I focus on emotion regulation, processing uncomfortable experiences, and building coping skills and self-confidence. I also work closely with parents to provide guidance and support as they navigate the ups and downs of raising a dysregulated or struggling child.
The methods I draw from include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
Outside of work, I live in Leander, TX with my partner, Jeremiah, and our two dogs, Harley and Raif—my fur babies! In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, watching movies, and listening to true crime podcasts.
