I believe that the counseling relationship is a collaborative effort between clinician and client. I strive to help you find your voice, express your goals, and guide you toward self-awareness and understanding. I offer a safe space to work through any uncomfortable emotions, behavioral issues, or difficult life transitions. I am here to help and support you as you navigate life and grow into your most authentic, capable self. In my work with kids, we focus on emotion regulation skills, building self-confidence, and finding coping skills. Methods I use include: Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
