Shannon is our head care coordinator. She helps those who contact us to be matched with a counselor fit for their needs and help them to get scheduled for their first appointment. Shannon is here to help ensure the fit is right for all of our clients.
Shannon lives in Georgetown, TX with her husband, John and their dog, Max. She has 3 beautiful daughters, 2 wonderful son-in-laws and 1 precious granddaughter. Shannon loves the ID Channel and helping people.
